摘  要:为了探索生长激素(GH)对猪体长性状的影响,试验采用生物信息学方法对不同品系猪种GH信号肽序列的变异进行初步分析。结果表明:猪生长激素(pGH)的信号肽有5种类型,在所选的大型猪种中9A出现的频率为100%,而在小型猪种中50%被V替代;在大型猪种中22R出现的频率为62.5%,在小型猪种中85.7%被Q替代。其中小型猪种中9V可能不利于α螺旋结构的形成,不易被识别,22Q使得电负性降低,即等电点由AR型的8.2变为VQ型的6.2,不便于被切割。说明GH的信号肽在大小猪种中存在偏好分布,其序列变异可能对GH的分泌和定位有重要影响。To explore the effects of growth hormone (GH) on the body length traits in pig, the variance of GH signal peptide sequence in differ- ent breeds of pigs were preliminarily analyzed by bioinformatics methods. The results showed that five kinds of the signal peptide of the porcine growth hormone (pGH) were found, among which, based on frequency of occurrence, 9A was definitely, in the selected large pig breeds (100%), but 50% of 9A was substituted by V in the mini -pig breeds; 22R was in 62.5% of the large pig breeds, but 85.7% of 22R was substituted by Q in the mini -pig breeds. The bioinformatical analysis showed that 9V was not good for the formation of the ct " helix, thus could not be recognized easily. 22Q in the mini -pig lowered the electronegativity, 'the isoelectric point of which was changed from the 8.2 (AR) to 6.2 ( VQ), thus, it was not easy to be cut. The results indicate that the GH signal,peptide presents a distribution of preferences be- tween large and mini pig breeds ; its sequence variation may have a major impact on the secretion and the location of GH
