姜黄素苯胺希夫碱稀土配合物的抑菌性研究

摘　　要：以稀土Ce、La、Nd金属(Ⅲ)硝酸盐和姜黄素缩二苯胺Schiff碱和姜黄素缩二(4-甲基苯胺)Schiff碱为配体,合成了6种配合物。通过红外光谱、热重-差热、摩尔电导和元素分析方法对其进行了表征,确定了配合物的结构。同时研究了合成的6种配合物的抑菌性能。试验表明配合物比姜黄素、姜黄素Schiff碱和稀土离子具有更好的抑菌性质。Using Ce,La,Nd（ HI ） nitrate and a cureumin ani- line Schiff base and a curcumin bis （ 4-methylaniline ） Schiff base as raw materials, six complexes were synthesized. The structural of complexes were confirmed via the molar conductance, IR, TG-DTA and element analysis methods. All the complexes have better antibacterial activity than that of curcumin,curcumin aniline Schiff base and RE （NO3 ）3-The relationship between concentration of the complex and the antibacterial activities is also investigated.
