创业型大学视角下的大学科技园:途径选择与发展策略

摘　　要：创业型大学是以促进国家和区域经济社会发展为使命,以大学科技园等创业型组织为载体,与政府产业界紧密合作参与科研成果产业化的一种新型大学。大学科技园的建设将创新和创业过程有效地衔接起来,是创业型大学实现技术转移、技术创新,为地区经济发展服务的重要途经。在大学科技园的发展建设中,创业型大学要理顺与大学科技园的关系,明确科技园的发展战略定位,建立科学的产学研合作模式,为科技园提供人力支持。With boosting economic development as its mission and innovative organization like university science park as its supporting body, entrepreneurial university is among of new - style universities which participates in the industrialization of research findings and closely cooperates with the local government and industry. The running of university science park can effectively link the innovation with the process of entrepreneurial adventure, which has been an important avenue for the en- trepreneurial universities to achieve technology transfer and innovation and to serve for the local economic development. In the running of university science park, it is critical to clarify its relationship with entrepreneurial university and its develop-ment strategy, to establish a scientific cooperation model of enterprises, campuses and research institutes, and to provide human resources support.
