中西医结合救治岷县地震重型脑挫裂伤1例

摘　　要：通过分析2013年7月22日甘肃岷县、漳县地震中1例严重脑挫裂伤患者的中西医结合诊治过程,认为中西医结合救治地震重型脑挫裂伤,具有见效快的特点,能够充分发挥中医辨证论治的特色与优势,弥补了单纯西医或中医救治的不足,为中医救治危重病症提供参考。By analyzing the course of treating the patients suffering fi＇om cerebral contusion by integrative medicine in Minxitm and Zhangxian earthquake on June 22, 2013, the therapy showed the advantage of acting fast, it could give full scope to the feature and advantages of syndrome differentiation and treatment completely, as well as make up the shortcomings of only western medicine or TCM in order to provide reference for TCM therapy of critical illness.
