异环磷酰胺与依托泊苷联合治疗26例复发卵巢癌

摘　　要：目的 :研究异环磷酰胺 (IFO)与依托泊苷 (VP16 )联合治疗复发卵巢癌的疗效和毒性反应。方法 :采用IFO 2 0 +NS 5 0 0mld1— 5静脉滴注VP16 10 0mg +NS 5 0 0mld1、d3、d5静脉滴注。结果 :总有效率 38 5 % ,毒性反应以骨髓抑制、脱发最明显。白细胞降低达 71 4% ,脱发 10 0 %。胃肠反应 ,神经毒性轻微。结论 :IFO与VP16联合应用治疗复发卵巢癌疗效肯定 ,副作用轻 ,价格适中 。Purpose:To investigate the treatment effect and toxicity of regimen containing ifosfamide (IFO) and etoposide (VP16) on relapse ovarian carcinoma.Methods:IFO 2.0 in 500 ml normal saline day 1—5, VP16 100 mg in 500 ml normal saline d1,3,5 Results:The overall response rate was 38.5%, mylosuppression and alopecia were the most common toxicities. Leukopenia rate was 71.4%, alopecia rate was 100%, gastro intestinal and nervous toxicity were mild. Conclusions:Combination of IFO and VP16 was very effective on relapse ovarian carcinoma with mild toxicity and should be widely used.
