摘 要:为了改善某矿用载货车舒适性,降低发动机传递给人体的振动,在ADAMS中建立了某重型载货车动力总成悬置系统6自由度动力学仿真模型,应用ADAMS/Vibration模块对其进行了模态分析,并在ADAMS/View中对怠速工况下Z方向支撑反力进行了优化设计。优化后质心处加速度响应幅值减小了3.20%,4个悬置点支承处动反力合力减小了14.05%,减轻了发动机的振动,使动力总成悬置系统的隔振性能有了明显改善。In order fo improve eomfort of a mining trucks and reduee engine vibration transmiiled to humans, six freedom dymnuic model of a heavy-duty truck power train mounting syslem is established in ADAMS, module modal analysis is carried oul by Al)AMS/Vibralion, z direction support reaction force at idle is optimized and analyzed by ADAMS/ View. According to the simulation resuhs, aeeelerating speed reduced by 3.2%, the forces in 4 mounting supports reduced by 14.05%, the engine vihration is decreased, isnlation performanee of the power train mounting system has been improved significantly.
