摘　　要：面品问题是冲压及涂装生产的瓶颈工序,冲压生产返工需要油石推磨,涂装需要刮灰处理,它们严重影响冲压和涂装车间的生产效率,增加了整车的成本。因此,面品问题亟待解决。文章主要针对某车型车门外板总成三角板处存在高点问题进行剖析,从单件到总成包边整个过程逐一梳理分析,找出问题原因,并制定一系列解决对策。The surface quality of stamping part is the bottleneck in the stamping and coating processes, rework in stamping process needs oilstone to grinds, coating needs scraping treatment, which seriously intluences the production efficiency of stamping and painting workshops, the cost of the complete vehicle, is increased as well. Therefore the surface quality of stamping part is urgent to be improved. Focusing on the problem of high point existed in three-square area on outside door panel is analyzed in this paper, the analysis has been done one by one from a single part to an assembly. Finally the reasons of the prol）lems are explained, and a series of countermeasures are put tbrward,
