泰胃美预防急性脑血管病性应激性溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨泰胃美在预防急性脑血管病性应激性溃疡的疗效。方法：对３４５例急性脑血管病进行前瞻性分析研究，其中治疗组１６６例加用泰胃美治疗，对照组１７９例未加用制酸药或胃粘膜保护剂，分别观察应激性溃疡的发生率。结果：泰胃美组中２４例占１４．４６％（２４／１６６）出现应激性溃疡，对照组４５例占２５．１４％（４５／１７９）有应激性溃疡，两组经统计学处理有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：泰胃美在预防急性脑血管病性应激性溃疡的发生中有良好的疗效。Objective: To evaluate the preventive effect of Tagamet on stress ulcer in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease. Methods: 345 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were prpspectively studied at random on 166 patients with Tagamet and 179 patients on the basis of conventional treatment. Results: The incidence of stress ulcer was 14. 46 % (24/166) in Tagamet group and 25. 14 % (45/179) in control group and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The above study shows that Tagamet has beneficial and prospective effect on the prevention from stress ulcer in acute cerebrovascular disease.
