尤瑞克林联合巴曲酶注射液治疗进展型脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察研究尤瑞克林联合巴曲酶注射液对于进展型脑梗死的治疗效果。方法选取自2010年3月—2012年12月期间我院收治的100例患者作为研究对象,依据入院顺序随机将他们分为尤瑞克林组、巴曲酶组、尤瑞克林和巴曲酶联合组以及对照组,每组各25例患者,均给予神经内科常规治疗,不同组别用药分别为组名所列药品,分别在治疗14 d后、21天后对比神经功能缺损评分状况。结果在规定的治疗周期结束后,对照组与各观察组无显著差异。而尤瑞克林组、巴曲酶组、尤瑞克林和巴曲酶联合组组间虽无显著差异,但三组在治疗14 d和21 d后显效率分别为12%、6%、24%和32%、28%、72%。结论尤瑞克林和巴曲酶对于进展型脑梗死均能显效,但二者联合使用对于进展型脑梗死的治疗效果更加明显。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Urinary kallidino combining with batroxobin for progressive stroke. Methods Select the 100 patients of progressive cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from March 2010 to December 2012. Divided them into 4 groups randomly, each group 25 cases of patients, doing neurology general treatment to them. Compar- ing the neural function defect scoring situation after 14 days,21 days＇s treatment. Results After the days, there is not significantly different between observer group and the control group .But there is difference between the 3 groups in efficiency after 14d and 21d, respectively was 12% ,6% ,24% and 32% ,28% ,72%. Conclusion Both Urinary kallidino and batroxobin do funtion to the progressive cerebral infarction, while combined them toghter has a better effect .
