摘　　要：目的研究神经内科住院患者医院感染的相关因素,以便采取有效措施。方法对我院的120例神经内科感染者资料应用回顾性调查方法研究。结果感染率与神经内科病类型、患者年龄及其住院时间有关,而与患者的性别相关性不明显,且呼吸道、泌尿道及皮肤和粘膜这三个部位的最易感染。结论神经内科医院感染因素研究对感染预防很有价值。Objective To study the factors of hospital infection about neurology hospital patient, so as to take effective measures. Methods Adopting retrospective investigation method research based on the 120 cases of neurology patients data in our hospital. Results The infection rate is related to the type of nerve internal medicine disease, patients＂ age and the time in hospital, not relat- ed to the sex of the patient. The respiratory tract ,urinary tract and the skin and mucous membranes are easy to be infected. Con- clusion Research on the neurology infection factor in hospital has a great value to infection prevention.
