依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 84例急性脑梗死患者被随机分为2组,每组各42例;在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予奥扎格雷钠治疗,实验组采用依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠方案治疗。治疗14 d后比较两组方案的治疗效果,按照美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)对比两组治疗前、治疗后7 d,14 d及30 d时的神经功能缺损情况,并观察两组治疗过程中的不良反应。结果实验组临床总有效率达92.9%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05),其NIHSS评分较对照组明显改善,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗方案均无严重不良反应;结论依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效明显优于单独使用奥扎格雷钠,且能明显改善神经功能损伤情况,安全可靠。Objective To compare the effects of edaravone with Ozagrel sodium in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 84 patients were divided into two groups randomly, each of them had 42 cases. Beside of the conventional therapy, patients in experimental group were treated by edaravone combined With Ozagrel sodium, and those in control group were＇ takeh Ozagrei sodium only.The effectiveness and NIHSS score were valued.Results The total effective rate and NIHSS score in experimental group were higher than it in control group（P〈0.05）.and there was no serious untoward reaction in both two groups.Conclusion Edaravone with Ozagrel sodium in treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve the neurological function, and no significant adverse reactions, worthy of oromotion.
