摘　　要：本文从有效性、安全性及经济性对康莱特注射液进行评价研究。临床研究文献表明,康莱特注射液在治疗非小细胞肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、腹腔积液、胸腔积液等方面具有显著的疗效,能明显改善患者生命质量;临床应用具有较高的安全性,不良反应发生率低;从总体上看,具有较优的经济性,但仍需进一步开展药物经济学评价研究。This paper aimed to conduct on evaluation research of KLT effectiveness, safety and economy. The clinical research shows that KLT has a significant effect on the therapy of non-small cell lung cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, ascites and pleural effusion and it can improve the quality of life apparently. Besides, the therapy with KLT has a high safety and a low incidence of adverse reac- tions. Overall, KLT reflects a higher economy. However, it still needs further evaluation of pharmacoeconomics.
