应用固定正畸技术治疗儿童牙和牙槽骨损伤68例效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨固定正畸技术治疗儿童牙和牙槽骨损伤的效果。方法以该院2010年3月—2011年4月间收治的68例应用固定正畸技术治疗儿童牙和牙槽骨损伤患者为研究对象,以同期同诊断41例应用手术复位和牙弓夹板固定治疗儿童患者为对照组,比较分析两组患者治疗效果、固定器使用时间及治疗费用。结果研究组显效42例,显效率61.8%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率94.1%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组平均固定器使用时间为(22.7±4.5)d,平均治疗费用(14218.6±417.3)元,均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论正畸固定技术可以解决传统方法治疗儿童外伤性牙槽骨及牙损伤中的不足,为该病的治疗提供了一条全新的途径。Objective To investigate the efficacy of fixed orthodontic technique in the treatment of children＇s teeth and alveolar bone injury. Methods 68 cases of children＇s teeth and alveolar bone injury patients treated by fixed orthodontic technique in our hospital from March, 2010 to April, 2011 were selected as the study group, and 41 cases of pediatric patients with the same diag- nosis treated by operation reduction and arch bar splint fixation during the same period were selected as the control group. The treatment effect, the fixation time and treatment cost were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group, there were 42 cases of marked effective, the marked effective rate was 61.8% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; the total effective rate of the study group was 94.1% ,obviously higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）; the study group＇s average fixation time was 22.7±4.5 days, the average cost of treatment was 14 218.6±417.3 yuan, all significantly less than those of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Fixed orthodontic technique can solve the shortage of traditional methods in the treatment of children with traumatic alveolar bone and tooth injury, and provides a new way for the treatment of the disease.
