摘 要:通过采用间歇式好氧动态堆肥工艺,对厨余垃圾与添加水葫芦的厨余垃圾进行堆肥实验,探讨堆肥进程中全氮、氨基酸态氮、蛋白质的变化及对腐熟度的影响。结果表明,全氮含量在堆肥后期有所提高,分别由1.76%和2.23%提高到3.64%和2.67%;氨基酸态氮含量与微生物活性显著负相关;添加水葫芦使堆体温度提高,促进了蛋白质的快速降解;堆肥中N素是影响种子发芽的主要因素;添加水葫芦能够促进堆肥的腐熟。Through intermittent dynamic aerobic composting process,kitchen waste and its mixture with water hyacinth were composted to investigate the changes of TN, amino acid N,protein and its effect on rotten degree. The results indicated that the relative TN content increased to 3.64% and 2.67% from the original level of 1.76% and 2.23% , respectively,with significant increase in later stage. A significant negative correlation was found between amino acid N and the microbiological activity. Compared with kitchen waste compost,the tempera- ture of the mixture compost which adding water hyacinth was higher, and it indirectly promoted quick degradation of protein. The content of N in the compost was a main effect factor to seed germination. Adding water hyacinth to kitchen waste can make the compost more mature.
