摘 要:天然药物化学一门实践性很强的专业基础课程对培养合格的中药现代化人才具有重要的作用。如何通过实验课程优化最大限度的发挥其在人才培养中的重要作用是天然药物化学教学工作者需要思考和解决的问题。该文提出建立以培养创新应用型人才为目标的的开放式实验教学体系。通过改进经典实验内容、参与科研课题、自主设计实验,建立天然药物化学"综合验证-全面开放-自主设计-协作创新"多层次多模式开放式实验教学体系。激发学生实验兴趣使学生全面掌握天然药物化学实验技能,提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,培养学生的科研素质和创新能力,更有效地提高实验课的教学质量。Natural medicine chemistry is an important course of pharmaceutics plays an important role in training qualified talents in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. It is obliged to be considered and experienced that how to optimize the choice of its contents so as to maximize its important role in talents cultivation. Aiming at training innovative and application--oriented talents this article put forward the thinking of building the open experimental teaching system of Natural medicine chemistry. Through the improvement of a classic experiment content, participation in scientific research and independently designed experiments to establish a multi--level natural medicinal chemistry open experimental teaching system with the characteristic of validation - to open up--to independently design--collaborative innovation. The open experimental teaching mode could stimulate interest in experiment help students Master the experimental skills and improve comprehensive practice ability and develop students' ability in analyzing and solving the problems
