摘　　要：当传统思想道德教育实效性被所诟病时,探寻教育理论,挖掘其蕴藏的教育思想,提高学校思想道德教育的实效性,不失为良方。文章从阐释弗洛伊德人格结构理论入手,结合当前中职学校在学生思想道德教育中的重要性,从教育观念、内容、方法和模式等方面就提高中职生思想道德教育实效性给予探索。The paper discusses the importance of moral education in the secondary vocational schools by using Freud＇s personality structure theory and explores the actual effects from the educational concept,content, method and mode.
