我国民营企业的可持续发展及其动力机制构建

摘　　要：在界定民营企业可持续发展概念的基础上,指出了民营企业可持续发展中面临复杂多变的国际经济环境,国内经济持续发展基础不牢固,科技创新市场化能力相对有限,家族内控股现象比较普遍等困境。最后提出应基于微观企业自身改革、地区中观环境改善、国内宏观环境优化建立民营企业可持续发展的动力机制。This paper defines the concept of sustainable development of private enterprises , and points out that private enterprises in China are confronted with complex and changeable international economic environment , unsta-ble domestic economy foundation , relatively limited market-oriented technological innovation capacity , lack of sci-entific management on ecological environment , phenomenon within the family holding relatively common and other challenges and dilemmas .Finally the paper proposes the establishment of dynamic mechanism based on micro -en-terprises with self-reform, improved regional meso environment in the outlook , and optimized domestic macroeco-nomic environment for sustainable development of private enterprises .
