摘 要:政治与美德之间的关系很是复杂。一般说来,古代政治学大多追求政治的道德化,但又有人鼓吹为了达到政治的目的,不惜采取任何恶行;在近代以来,权利概念进入政治哲学和道德哲学的核心,使政治与美德之间有了权利这一缓冲。现代政治必须以权利为根基,把尊重和保卫权利作为基准政治美德,在此基础上,创造条件让公民自主追求自己的各种高阶美德。Politics connects virtues in many aspects. Generally speaking, the politics of ancient times pursued the moralization of politics, but some thinkers declaimed that we could take any measure including evil acts to attain the political goals. In modern times, the concept of rights came into the core of political philosophy and moral philos- ophy, and rights became the buffer zone between politics and high virtues. Contemporary politics should be based on rights, and consider respecting and protecting rights as baseline virtues, and encourage citizens to pursue all high virtues of their own by providing prerequisites for them.
