老年胃癌患者的临床特点及术后并发症

摘　　要：目的分析老年胃癌患者的临床特点并探讨术后并发症的防治对策。方法选择2009年2月-2013年5月手术治疗的老年胃癌患者26例,分析26例胃癌患者的临床特点并探讨术后并发症的防治对策。结果 26例患者术后切口感染3例(11.5%),胸腔积液4例(15.4%),切口开裂1例(3.8%),肺部感染2例(7.7%),心功能不全2例(7.7%),吻合口瘘2例(7.7%),胃排空障碍1例(3.8%)。经采取及时合理的对症治疗措施后,均得到有效控制,未出现因并发症而死亡的患者。结论根据老年胃癌患者的临床特点,在做好术前准备、合理选择手术方式及有效预防,可有效减少老年胃癌患者的术后并发症,促进患者恢复。Objective To analysis the clinical characteristics and postoperative complications of elderly patients with gastric cancer. Methods Selected 26 cases patients with gastric cancer from February,2009 - May,2013 in our hospital. A- nalysis the clinical characteristics and postoperative complications of elderly patients with gastric cancer. Results There was 3 patients with incision infection（ 11.5% ） ,4 cases patients with pleural effusion（ 15.4% ）, 1 cases patient with incision crack- ing（ 3.8% ） ,2 cases patients with lung infection（7.7 % ） ,2 cases patients with cardiac dysfunction （7.7 % ） ,2 cases patients with anastomotic leak, 1 eases patient with dlayed gastric emptying（3.8% ）. After timely and reasonable measures, all patients was controlled. There was no patients die of complications. Conclusion According to the clinical characteristics of elderly pa- tients with gastric cancer, preoperative preparation, reasonable choice of surgical approach, and effectively, which can effec- tively reduce postoperative complications in elderly patients with gastric cancer.
