摘 要:在甘肃省甘南高寒地区进行的羊肉生产方法的研究指出:用边区来斯特公羊与藏系母羊杂交,其一代杂种羔羊比茨藏杂种羔羊、藏系羔羊生长发育快、产肉性能佳,7月龄活重、胴体重依次达33千克和15千克;以边藏杂种羔羊为核心进行羊肉生产,其经济效益和生态效益优,而且适于当地条件,易于推广;调整现行羊群结构,使之趋于合理化,可提高羊群的综合生产力,出栏率提高13个百分点,出栏羊只年纯收入提高25%。A study on mutton-production methods conducted in Gannan alpine cold area of Gansu province shows that, compared with Tibetan sheep lamb or cross Iamb of Cigai & Tibetan (containing Cigai blood 50% atleast, Ti- betan sheep blood 25% at most), for cross lamb of Border Leicester dam and Tibetan ewe, the rate of growth is highest and performance of mutton- production is best; at 204 days of age, liveweight or carcass weight of the wether lamb is 33. 43kg or 14. 92 kg. For the fat lamb production system with BT lamb as a core producer, the economic benefit and ecological efficiency are better, and it is easier for extending. If the current sheep population is optimized, the synthetic productivity of the animal population will be raised considerably, that is, the marketing rate or economic benefit per year per sheep will raise 13. 3 percent or 25 percent.
