摘　　要：职业院校对学生的人文素质培养,不仅关系到学校的校风校纪、办学质量、社会声誉,还事关为国家培养合格公民、为社会输送高素质劳动者的大问题。学校德育应以班级作为主要阵地,教学辅导和班级团体辅导相结合,重视学生本位,素质培养,人格成长才能取得良好效果。本文对高职院校大学生班级人文素质教育活动设计作了初步探讨。Cultivation of humanistic quality education on students＇ occupation colleges, not only related to school school spirit, school quality, social reputation, but also to cultivate qualified citizens is for the country, big problem for high-quality workers for the society. School moral education should take the classroom as a main position, teaching counseling and group counseling combination, attention to student oriented, quality training, personality growth can be achieved good results. This paper makes a preliminary research on the humanities quality education in higher vocational college class activities design.
