摘　　要：文艺美学是中国独创的一个学科，通过分析三种关于文艺美学学科的定位并参照冯宪光先生的《文艺美学是一门‘问性’学科》，本文将文艺美学学科界定为：文艺美学是一种涉足于文艺学和美学之间的间性理论，是在美学与文艺学两个学科相互渗透、相互融合的基础上产生的一个具有审美特色的独立新兴学科。然后就新时代语境之下的文艺美学这门学科的现实出路，指出文艺美学必须要建构一种有别于传统理性主义的新理性精神。Aesthetics is the Chinese unique one discipline, by analyzing the three kinds of positioning on Literary Aesthetics and with reference to Mr. Feng Xianguang of the ＂literary aesthetics is an ＇inter＇ disciphne ＇, this article defines Literary Aesthetics： Aesthetics is a kind ofhterary theory and aesthetics involved in the inter-between theory, aesthetics and literary theory in the two disciplines mutual penetration, based on the integration has produced an aesthetic characteristics independent emerging disciphnes. Then a new era under the context of the discipline of hterary aesthetics realistic way, that the hterary aesthetics must be different from the traditional rationalism construct a new rational spirit.
