单气囊小肠镜在小肠疾病诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨单气囊小肠镜在小肠疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2011年2月-2013年2月收治的136例疑似小肠疾病患者的临床资料,把患者随机分为单气囊小肠镜A组38例、小肠钡餐B组74例、麻醉肠镜C组24例。单气囊小肠镜组采用单气囊小肠镜检查,其余两组采用结肠镜检查,对比分析3组小肠疾病检查检出失败率、完成时间、满意度、并发症及安全性的情况。结果 A、B、C三组小肠疾病检查失败率分别为2.7%、5.4%、4.2%,三者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在完成时间方面,A组、B组两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A组、B组与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在满意度方面,A组、C组两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但A组、B组与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在安全性和并发症方面,A、B、C三组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单气囊小肠镜在小肠疾病诊断中,具有成功率高、安全舒适的特点,能有效提高医院小肠疾病诊断率。Objective To study the single balloon enteroscopy in the diagnosis of small intestinal diseases. Methods From February 2011 to February 2013 in the hospital, the clinical data of 136 patients with suspected small bowel diseases, the patients were randomly divided into group A single balloon enteroscopy 38 cases, 74 cases of small intestinal barium meal group B, group C anesthesia enteroscope 24 cases. Single balloon enteroscopy group adopts single balloon enteroscopy examination, the remaining two groups on colonoscopy, comparative analysis of three groups of small intestine disease inspection failure rate, completion time, satisfaction, complications, and security. Results the three groups of small intestine disease inspection failure rate are 2.7%, 5.4%and 2.7%respectively, the three comparative differences had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）;In terms of completion time, group A and group B are similar between the two groups have no statistical significance （P〉0.05）, but in group A and group B compared with group C difference was statistically significant （P0.05）, but in group A and group B and group C meal comparative difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Single balloon enteroscopy in diagnosis of intestinal diseases, has the characteristics of high success rate, safe and comfortable, and can effectively improve the hospital intestinal disease diagnosis rate.
