急性脑梗死患者血清TNF-α和HS-CRP变化的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析急性脑梗死患者的血清TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子)和HS-CR(P高敏CRP)的变化的临床价值。方法选取2011年3月-2013年3月无锡市人民医院收治的150例急性脑梗死患者作为观察组(A组),抽取其血液,对其血清进行放射免疫分析测定,检测其中的TNF-α含量,血清HS-CRP含量应用免疫透射比浊法测定;选取同期接受健康检查的150例健康体检的受检者作为对照组(B组)。结果在血清TNF-α和HS-CRP水平上,观察组的患者显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在血清TNF-α和HS-CRP水平与梗死灶面积上,急性脑梗死患者也呈现一种正相关的关系(P<0.05)。结论临床结果证实,急性脑梗死患者中的血清TNF-α和HS-CRP的变化与脑梗死有着密切的联系,可以为临床诊断、医治提供详实及准确的信息。Objective To analyze the serum of patients with acute cerebral TNF-α（tumor necrosis factor） and HS-CRP （high-sensitivity CRP） changes in clinical value. Methods A hospital in March 2011 to March 2013 were treated 150 cases of acute cerebral infarction, as the observation group （A）,extract their blood, their serum radioimmunoassay, which detects TNF-α,serum HS-CRP levels applied immune turbidimetric determination while selecting the same period in our hospital for health checks of 150 cases of healthy subjects as a control group （B）. Results Serum TNF-αand HS-CRP level, the observation group was significantly higher in patients （P〈0.05）;in the serum TNF-αand HS-CRP levels and infarct size on acute cerebral infarction patients also presenting a positive correlation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical results confirmed that patients with acute cerebral infarction serum TNF-αand HS-CRP changes are closely linked with cerebral infarction can for clinical diagnosis, treatment to provide detailed and accurate information.
