摘  要:[目的]比较自动定氮仪法与国标法检测油菜籽中蛋白质含量的准确性与稳定性有无差异,以达到简化操作、节省时间的目的。[方法]分别用自动定氮仪法与国标法对蛋白含量为21.2%标准物质及10份油菜种子样品的蛋白质含量进行检测。[结果]试验显示,自动定氮仪与国标法检测蛋白质含量的结果,标准物质蛋白质含量分别为21.14%、21.09%(t=1.636 6,P>0.05),10份油菜种子样品蛋白质含量分别为23.92%、23.90%(t=0.566 5,P>0.05)。2种方法的回归分析Y=0.999 8X+0.028 4,R2=0.998 4,自动定氮仪法氮的回收率为99.31%。[结论]2种方法检测油菜籽中蛋白质含量差异不明显,但自动定氮仪法比国标法大大缩短了工作时间,提高了工作效率,值得进一步推广。[Objective] To compare the accuracy and stability of determination of protein content in rapeseed by automatic nitrogen analyzer and GB kjeldahl method,in order to simplify the operation and save time.[Method] Automatic nitrogen analyzer and GB method were adopted to determine the protein content in 21.2% standard material and 10 rapeseed samples.[Result] The results showed that the protein content in the standard material by automatic nitrogen analyzer and GB method are 21.14%,21.09% (t =1.636 6,P > 0.05),respectively,the protein content in 10 rapeseed samples by the two methods are 23.92%,23.90% (t =0.566 5,P > 0.05),respectively.The regression analysis of the two methods is Y =0.999 8X + 0.028 4,R2 =0.998 4,the recovery rate of nitrogen is 99.31%.[Conclusion] Determination of protein content with two methods was not significantly different,but the automatic nitrogen analyzer method greatly shorten working time,improved working efficiency,and is worthy of further promotion.
