摘 要:针对三点接触沟道的球笼式等速万向节的结构和运动形式,建立三点接触沟道截面圆周间隙的空间立体模型,推导其圆周间隙角度值在任意摆角和转角下的计算公式,利用Matlab软件研究圆周间隙随摆角和转角的变化规律。分析结果表明:在任意摆角下转动一周,三点接触沟道的球笼式万向节与椭圆沟道的球笼式万向节的圆周间隙角度值都存在六次波动,并且在相同的尺寸规格和加工精度条件下,前者的圆周间隙角度值波动较小,其对汽车行驶过程中振动和噪声的影响也较小,分析结果为开发和应用该新结构形式的球笼式等速万向节提供理论依据。Based on structure and motion forms of three-point contact raceway section of rzeppa constant velocity joint (CVJ), the three-dimensional model of circumferential clearance of three-point contact raceway section was established, and the formula of circumferential clearance angle at any swing angle and rotating angle was deduced, the changing law with swing angle and rotating angle was obtained by using Maflab software. The results show that when the CVJ rotates one circle at any swing angle, there are six fluctuations of circumferential clearance angle in both three-point contact raceway of CVJ and elliptic raceway of CVJ, and under the same size specification and machining accuracy, the former one fluctuates less and has more slight impact on the vibration and noise during travelling. These results provide a theoretical basis for development and application of this new structural forms of Rzeppa CVJ.
