摘 要:三维地形建模是虚拟现实技术的基础。对于流域内具有海量数据特征的地形,如何构建既能提供良好视觉效果,又有较高渲染效率的三维地形是建模的关键。现以"数字珠江三维系统"的构建为例,通过多比例尺地形嵌套建模的方法,有效解决了海量地形数据实时显示问题,同时阐述了无缝嵌套方法生成具有高度真实感的三维地形的步骤,为流域三维地形生成提供了解决方案。3D terrain modeling is a fundamental procedure of virtual reality technology. The terrain in the river basin has huge amounts of data. How to build a 3D terrain, which can provide a good visual effect, and has high rendering efficiency, is the key to modeling. Based on the "digital Pearl River 3D system", the paper discussed multi-scale nested terrain construction, which can effectively resolve the massive terrain data real-time display problem, and also expounds how to generate highly realistic 3D terrain through the seamless nested steps. This reseach provides a 3d river basin terrain generation solution.
