间苯三酚在急诊科治疗急性腹痛的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:通过对间苯三酚治疗急性腹痛的临床疗效及不良反应发生率的观察,探讨间苯三酚的应用范围。方法:对各种急性腹痛患者随机分组,使用间苯三酚进行治疗,观察止痛效果及不良反应。结果:疼痛解除29例,显效15例,有效14例,无效7例,总有效率89.23%。结论:间苯三酚可用于急性腹痛的早期明确诊断及治疗措施,提高诊断率及患者医从性。Objective：To investigate the influence of spasfon treatment on the patients with acute abdominal pain and the incidence of adverse reactions. Methods ： Patients with acute abdominal pain were randomly divided. Pain index and the incidence of complications were observed. Results：Twenty-nine patients got pain relief, 15 got marked effect, 14 got effective one with 7 ineffective, the total effective rate was 89.23%. Conclusion： Spasfon can be safely and effectively treatment on the patients with acute abdominal pain, by which can rapidly improve diagnosis rate and medical treatment appliance.
