摘 要:目的:探讨应激情况下接收大鼠颈动脉体化学感受器传入信号的延髓孤束核二级神经元微小兴奋性突触后电流变化特征。方法:通过神经示踪技术追踪大鼠颈动脉体化学感受器传入纤维在延髓孤束核的投射位点,从而对其二级神经元进行定位,利用脑片膜片钳技术,以全细胞电压钳方式记录高浓度(100nmol/L)皮质酮处理组与对照组孤束核神经元微小兴奋性突触后电流变化。结果:高浓度皮质酮处理后孤束核神经元微小兴奋性突触后电流振幅明显增高,与对照组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而微小兴奋性突触后电流事件发生的频率,上升时间及衰减时间常数等参数的组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:接受大鼠颈动脉体化学感受器传入信号的孤束核二级神经元受到高浓度皮质酮刺激后,微小兴奋性突触后电流特征发生改变系突触后事件。To investigate stress-induced changes of miniature excitatory postsynaptic cur- rents (mEPSCs) in the secondary neurons of rat nucleus tractus solitarius (NTS) receiving affer- ent inputs from carotid body. Methods: The secondary neurons of rat NTS receiving afferent in- puts from carotid body were located by neuron tracer technique, and the mEPSCs in 100 nmol/L corticosterone treatment group and control group were recorded by whole-cell patch clamp. Results: Amplitude of mEPSCs in corticosterone treatment group is greater than that in control group (P〈0.05). However, there is no difference in frequency, rise time, and time constant of decay (tau) of mEPSCs between the two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion: 100 nmol/L corticoster- one-induced changes of mEPSCs in the secondary NTS neurons receiving afferent inputs from ca- rotid body result from postsynaptic events.
