摘　　要：目的 :探讨 16年来大肠癌发病的新特点及其临床意义。方法 :按年龄分为老年组及非老年组 ,对比分析了前 8年及后 8年的变化。结果 :发病率迅速上升 ,发病年龄老龄化 ,病变部位发生改变。结论 :掌握大肠癌的临床特点 。OBJECTIVE:To discuss the characteristic and significance of the carcinoma of colon in sixteen years. METHODS:On the basis of ages, the patients were divided into two groups: old and young, to compare and analyse the change (1984～1991 and 1992～1999). RESULTS:The morbidity to rise, age of attack were old, position of lesion were change. CONCLUSION:Know well clinical characteristic of the carcinmoa of colon is benefit for early diagnosis.
