摘 要:目的通过对比3种医学软件EBW,X—View,Mimics所建立的人体三维模型质量.为临床实际应用中如何选择恰当软件提供参考。方法分别用3种医学图像软件对多排螺旋CT胸部扫描图像进行三维重建,并统一存储为标准模型文件格式,然后从模型的整体结构、细节部分和具体使用等方面对三维模型质量进行对比。结果EBW模型整体完整,细节描述清晰,个别微小部位表现模糊。主观修正功能较差,相应模型处理工具较少,生成文件大小适中。X-View模型整体结构完整,细节描述比较模糊,模型后处理功能强大,可以较好地从主观上辅助模型建立,模型文件所占存储空间最小。Mimics模型整体结构完整,细节描述很清晰,同时配有强大的辅助功能,能任意进行主观辅助和修正,但3D模型数据过于庞大。结论EBW软件适合于临床诊断,X—View软件适合建立整体模型以模拟个体照射情况的剂量计算,Mimics适合于参与模拟手术、教学展示等。Objective To compare the quality of 3 dimentional (3D) model reconstruction of human bodies based on three medical softwares EBW,X-View,Mimics. Methods 3D chest CT image reconstuction was performed with helical CT scan on a same participant. All the obtained CT image data were transferred to the computer workstation and saved as a standard format. The reconstruction capacity were compared among 3D reconstruction softwares EBW, X-View, and Mimics. We compared three softwares in terms of the overall structure, details and usage of the models. Results For EBW, the model structure was complete, description details clearly, without enough auxiliary functions to artificially correct models. The models data was appropriate. For X-View, although the model structure was integritied, the detail was partially obscured. And it had powerful post-processing function, as well as minimal storage space. For Mimics, the model structure was complete, describing details perfectly, with great auxiliary functions to artificially correct models. But the 3D model data was too large. Conclusion EBW plays important role in clinical practice. X-View is appropriate for engineering computing to establish human model, such as simulation dose of individual radiation exposure. Mimics may be suitable for surgical simulation and teaching presentation.
