术中组织印片细胞DNA倍体分析在乳腺疾病诊断中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨术中组织印片细胞DNA倍体分析在乳腺病变诊断中的价值,提高术中快速诊断的准确率。方法对220例乳腺术中冷冻标本进行术中组织印片细胞DNA倍体分析及冷冻切片诊断,并与术后石蜡切片诊断对比分析。结果 220例乳腺肿块术中冷冻切片确诊213例(96.8%);术中组织印片细胞DNA倍体分析确诊217例(98.6%);二者联合确诊218例,确诊率为99.1%。结论将冷冻切片联合组织印片细胞DNA倍体分析应用于乳腺肿块术中快速病理检查,可以减少误诊,提高快速诊断的准确性。Objective To study the diagnostic value of the DNA ploidy analysis of intraoperative breast tissue touch preparation and to improve the accuracy of the rapid intraoperative diagnosis of breast masses. Methods 220 cases of breast masses were detected by touch preparation cytology and frozen section during operation,and the results were compared with the postoperation histopathologic diagnosis. Results 213 cases were diagnosed correctly with frozen section（ 213 /220,96. 82%）,217 were diagnosed correctly with the DNA ploidy analysis of touch preparation cytology（ 217/ 220,98. 63%）,and 218 cases were diagnosed correctly by combination of touch preparation and frozen section（ 218/ 220,99. 10%）. Conclusion Application of both DNA ploidy analysis of touch preparation cytology and frozen section during operation can increase the accuracy of rapid intraoperative diagnosis for the breast masses.
