摘　　要：Semaphorins最初是作为轴突诱导因子在神经细胞中被发现的,但随后的研究显示该蛋白广泛表达于免疫、心血管、呼吸等系统中。Semaphorin家族蛋白根据结构特点的不同分为8种亚型。Semaphorin 7A是一种GPI锚链的膜相关糖蛋白,在脊椎动物神经和免疫系统中发挥重要作用。在呼吸系统中,内皮细胞表达的Semaphorin 7A不仅可促进缺氧诱导的中性粒细胞迁移,在肺纤维化中也起重要作用。本文就Semaphorin 7A的生理学特性及其在呼吸系统疾病中的作用进行综述。Semaphorins were initially discovered as ＂axon guidance＂ cues in neuronal cells, but are ubiquitously expressed in immune, cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Based on differences of the structures, semaphorins have been categorized into eight subtypes. Semaphorin 7A is a membrane-associated GPI-linked semaphorin and plays an essential role in the vertebrate neuronal and immune systems. In the respiratory system, endothelial semaphorin 7A not only promotes neutrophil migration during hypoxia, but also plays an important role in lung fibrosis. The present paper reviews the physiological characteristics of semaphorin 7A and its effects on the diseases of pulmonary system.
