摘　　要：目的：探索使用硬膜外导管治疗B型腮腺导管损伤的临床效果。方法：收集2009年6月-2013年6月经治的符合条件的B型导管损伤病例6例。研究硬膜外导管和显微外科技术在6例患者外科治疗中的应用。结果：随访中，病人未出现不良并发症。结论：硬膜外导管和显微外科技术为B型腮腺导管损伤的临床治疗提供了有效的治疗方法。Objective：To study the management of parotid duct injury in type B with an epidural catheter. Method：6 patients from June 2009 to June 2013 were enrolled to study the application of microsurgical anastomosis techque and epidural catheter in parotid duct injury in type B. Result：There were no clinical complications in all patients who were fol- lowed up. Conclusion：The epidural catheter and microsurgical anastomosis suggestted to be an effective treatment of parotid duct injury in type B.
