多发性硬化患者CSF3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶反应性抗体水平的改变及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨多发性硬化(MS)患者CSF 3-磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶(GAPDH)反应性抗体水平的改变及其临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测23例MS及17例其他炎症性神经系统疾病(OIND)、13例其他非炎症性中枢神经系统疾病(ONIND)患者的CSF GAPDH反应性抗体水平。分析MS患者CSF GAPDH反应性抗体水平与其性别、年龄和扩展残疾状况量表(EDSS)评分的关系。结果 MS组CSF GAPDH反应性抗体水平显著高于OIND组和ONIND组(P<0.01,P<0.05);男性与女性MS患者CSF GAPDH反应性抗体水平的差异无统计学意义。Spearman相关分析显示,MS患者的CSF GAPDH反应性抗体水平与其年龄、EDSS评分均无关(rs=-0.197,rs=0.327;均P>0.05)。结论 MS患者的CSF GAPDH反应性抗体水平显著升高,并且与患者的性别、年龄及病情无明显关系。Objective To explore the change and its clinical significance of level of CSF glyceraldehyde-3- phosphate dehydrogenas （ GAPDH）-reactive autoantibody in patients with multiple sclerosis （MS）. Methods The expression level of the GAPDH-reaetive antibody in 23 CSF samples of MS patients, 17 CSF samples of patients with other inflammatol7 neurological diseases （OIND） and 13 CSF samples of patients with other noninflammatory neurological diseases （ONIND） were analyzed by ELISA;the relationship between the expression level of GAPDH- reactive autoantibody in CSF and sex,age as well as expanded disability status scale（EDSS） score would be analyzed in patients with MS. Results The expression level of GAPDH-reaetive autoantibody in CSF of MS group was higher than OIND/ONIND group（ P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0. 05 ） ; there was no significant difference of the level of GAPDH-reactive autoantibody in CSF between males and females MS patients. Spearman correlation analysis showed that the level of GAPDH-reactive autoantibody in CSF had no correlation with age or EDSS score in patients with MS（ rs = -0. 197, rs = 0. 327 ; all P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The level of GAPDH-reactive autoantibody in CSF were significantly elevated in MS patients,and it has no relationship with sex,age or EDSS score of patients.
