摘  要:本试验旨在通过对3种日粮模式下泌乳奶牛尾动脉和阴外动脉血浆中氨基酸含量的比较,探讨在乳腺对氨基酸摄取效率等研究中是否可以用尾动脉血代替阴外动脉血。选用体况良好,体重相近((554±21)kg),泌乳中期((120±24)d),产奶量相近((24.30±1.47)kg·d-1)的荷斯坦奶牛30头,分为3组,每组10头。试验设计为完全随机试验设计,饲喂日粮分别为日粮1(苜蓿+全株玉米青贮+羊草的混合粗饲料日粮组)、日粮2(概略养分水平约同日粮1秸秆日粮组)和日粮3(秸秆全部替代日粮1粗饲料日粮组)。试验持续28d,试验期最后2d分别采集阴外动脉和尾动脉血样,并测定尾动脉及阴外动脉血浆中游离氨基酸的含量。结果表明:3种不同日粮模式下尾动脉与阴外动脉血浆中大多数单一氨基酸含量差异均不显著(P>0.05),只有Thr含量差异显著(P=0.023 4)。综上所述,在一定情况下可以用尾动脉血代替阴外动脉血研究乳腺对氨基酸的摄取效率。This aim of the experiment was to investigate whether the external pudic artery blood could be replaced by the caudal artery blood in studies, such as research on amino acids uptake ef- ficiency in mammary gland, through the comparison of the content of amino acids between caudal t artery plasma and external pudic artery plasma under three different diets in lactating dairy cows. Thirty Holstein dairy cows in middle lactation ((120± 24)d) were randomly assigned to three groups, ten cows each group with similar body weight ((554±21)kg) and milk yield ((24.30±1.47) kg · d-1). The complete random design was used in this study. The diets were diet 1 (Al- falfa + Whole Corn Silage + Leymus chinensis mixed roughage diet group), diet 2 (proximate nutrients approximately equal to diet 1 straw diet group) and diet 3 (straw substituted the rough- age in diet 1 totally). The experiment lasted 28 days, the external pudic artery blood samples and the caudal artery blood samples were collected, and the contents of free amino acids in the exter- nal pudic artery blood and the caudal artery blood were tested among the last two days. The re-sult showed no significant difference (P^0.05) in content of the most of the single amino acids between the external pudic artery plasma and the caudal artery plasma under three diets, there was significant difference only in content of Thr (P=0. 023 4). It was suggested that the caudal artery blood could substitute the external pudic artery blood in study on amino acids uptake effi- ciency in mammary gland under certain circumstances.
