摘　　要：构建和谐高校图书馆是建设和谐校园、和谐社会的必然要求。此文围绕“以人为本”这个主题，阐述了构建和谐高校图书馆的总体要求、高校图书馆目前存在的不和谐现象以及构建和谐高校图书馆的对策。Building a harmonious university library is an inevitable requiremen to build an harmonious campus and society.
