促胃肠动力药在胶囊内镜检查中的应用作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠功能性疾病的患者在做胶囊内镜检查前服用促胃肠动力药对胶囊内镜检查的诊断率、胃肠转动时间及检查完成率的影响,以及促胃肠动力药在胶囊内镜检查中的应用价值。方法选取2009年3月至2013年8月来我院接受治疗的疑似小肠疾病的患者77例做为研究对象,随机均分为对照组39例和实验组38例。在做胶囊内镜检查前,对照组患者不服用药物;而实验组患者在做胶囊内镜检查前服用促胃肠动力药枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片(新络纳),药量为10mg。观察并记录两组患者在胶囊内镜检查中的胃肠转动的时间,分析并比较两组患者全小肠检查的诊断阳性率以及完成率。结果实验组患者平均胃排空时间较比对照组短,检查完成率和诊断率较高,两组比较差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胶囊内镜检查前服用促胃肠动力药能有效的提高全小肠检查的完成率和诊断率,缩短胃排空时间,在胶囊内镜检查技术中具有极高的应用和推广价值。Objective To study the patients with functional gastrointestinal disease in capsule endoscopy examination before taking medicine to promote gastrointestinal dynamics for the diagnosis of capsule endoscopy, gastrointestinal rotation time and check the influence of the completion, and promote gastrointestinal medicine in the value of capsule endoscopy. Methods From May 2012 to May 2012 to our hospital for treatment of 80 patients with suspected small bowel diseases as the research object, 40 cases randomly divided into control group and experimental group 40 cases. Before do capsule endoscopy examination, control group patients not taking drugs; while the experimental group patients before do capsule endoscopy examination to promote gastrointestinal drugs Mosapride, a dose of 10 mg. Observe and record two groups of patients in capsule endoscopy, gastrointestinal rotation time, analysis and compare the two groups of patients the diagnostic positive rate of the small bowel examination, as well as completion. Results The average gastric emptying time in patients younger than the control group, check the completion and high diagnostic rate, significant difference comparing the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Capsule endoscopy before taking to promote gastrointestinal medicine can effectively improve the whole small intestine inspection completion and diagnostic rate of gastric emptying time, in capsule endoscopy has a high application and popularization value.
