急性坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎外科手术治疗的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析并探讨急性坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎外科手术治疗的临床价值。方法选取2003年6月至2013年6月入院诊治的100例急性坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎患者的临床资料作回顾性分析。100例患者全部行手术治疗。观察手术疗效、并发症及复发情况。结果术后100例患者全部病愈出院,均无报道发生盆腔脓肿、腹腔残余脓肿、肠粘连肠梗阻、切口感染、腹腔积液、粪瘘等并发症。结论外科手术治疗急性坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎疗效确切,治愈率高,并发症容易控制,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical value of surgical treatment on acute gangrenous perforated appendicitis. Methods the clinical data of 100 cases of patients with acute gangrenous perforated appendicitis who were treated in our hospital from June 2003 to June 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. The surgery, complications and recurrence were under investigated. Results All of the 100 patients recovered and discharged, and there were no reported occurrence of pelvic abscess, abdominal abscess, intestinal adhesion intestinal obstruction, wound infection, abdominal effusion, fecal fistula and other complications. Conclusions For patients with acute gangrenous perforated appendicitis, the surgical treatment could act as an effective treatment method due to its high cure rate, and was worthy of promotion.
