摘 要:目的评价奥扎格雷钠对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度、感觉和运动障碍评分、血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的影响。方法 110例急性脑梗死患者分成观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用奥扎格雷钠。结果治疗2周时,观察组神经功能缺损程度评分为(9.52±4.76)分低于对照组(12.85±5.41)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗2周时,观察组感觉积分、运动积分为(29.47±7.83)分、(68.43±18.71)分均高于对照组(24.19±6.42)分、(59.14±17.92)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗2周时,观察组血清MMP-9水平为(66.57±18.27)ng/mL均低于对照组(79.18±19.02)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗2周时,观察组血清NO、NOS分别为(38.56±8.95)U/mL、(18.73±4.72)μmol/L均低于对照组(59.17±10.46)U/mL、(31.54±6.81)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论奥扎格雷钠可以明显改善患者的神经功能缺损程度评分、感觉积分及运动积分。奥扎格雷钠可以明显改善急性脑梗死患者的血清MMP-9水平,并可能通过降低缺血灶中NO含量和NOS活性,以发挥神经血管的保护作用,并促进神经功能恢复。Objective To evaluate the effect of ozagrel sodium intervention of sensory and motor nerve function defect degree, obstacle score, serum matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9), nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 110 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional treatment while the observation group was given the conventional therapy combined with sodium ozagrel treatment. Results Two weeks after treatment, the degree of neurological deficit score, the observation group was (9.52 _+ 4.76) scores lower than that of the control group (12.85 + 5.41) scores, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Two weeks after treatment, sensory integra- tion, integration of motion, the observation group was (29.47 + 7.83) scores, (68.43 + 18.71) scores, were higher than those of the control group (24.19 _+ 6.42) scores, (59.14 + 17.92) scores, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). 2 weeks after treatment, the serum level of MMP-9, the observation group was (66.57 + 18.27) ng/mL were lower than that of the control group (79.18_+19.02) ng/mL, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). 2 weeks after treat- ment, serum NO, NOS of the observation group were (38.56 _+ 8.95) U/mL, (18.73 _+ 4.72) t.Lmol/L, were lower than those of the control group (59.17 + 10.46) U/mL, (31.54 _+ 6.81) txmol/L, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Ozagrel sodium can significantly improve the neurologie impairment score, feel the integral and integral of motion, in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Ozagrel sodium can significantly improve the level of serum MMP-9 in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
