摘　　要：目的探讨神经节苷脂对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)和S100B蛋白水平的影响及疗效观察。方法 80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均予以降压、降脂、减轻脑水肿等对症治疗。观察组加用神经节苷脂针60mg静滴,每日1次。对照组加用孢磷胆碱钠针500mg静滴,每日1次,疗程均为2周。结果治疗2周后,两组血清NSE和S100B蛋白水平均明显下降,且观察组比对照组下降更明显;观察组临床总有效率为95.0%,比对照组的80.0%明显上升;对照组和观察组分别发生不良反应3例和5例,症状较轻。结论神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死具有良好的疗效,安全性较好,作用与降低血清NSE和S100B蛋白水平密切相关。Objective To discuss influence and curative effect observation of ganglioside on serum neuron specific enolase （NSE） and S100B protein levels of patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into observation group and control group at random. The patients in two groups were given symptomatic and supportive treatment hke blood pressure-｜owering, fat pressure-iowering and cerebral edema alleviating and etc. The patients in observation group was given 60rag ganglioside by intravenous drip once a day. The patients in control group were additionally given 500mg spore citicoline sodium once a day. The courses of treatment of two groups were both 2 weeks. Results After 2 weeks＇ medical treatment, serum NSE and S100B protein levels of patients in two groups obviously declined, andthe declining rate （95.0%） in observation group was much higher than that in control group （80.0%）. Meanwhile, the total clinical efficiency of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group. 3 and 5 cases of untoward effect appeared in control group and ob- servation group during the medical treatment with light symptom. After comparing the occurrence rates of untoward ef- fect, no statistical differences appeared （~2=0.14,P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Ganglioside has reliable curative effect on a- cute cerebral infarction （ACI） with light untoward effect and high security, whose mechanism of action has close effect on reducing serum NSE and SI00B protein levels.
