脑瘤克含药血清对胃癌细胞MKN45抗增殖作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察脑瘤克含药血清对胃癌细胞MKN45的抑制增殖的作用。方法:体外培养人胃癌细胞MKN45,观察不同浓度、不同时间的脑瘤克含药血清对胃癌细胞MKN45的影响,采用MTT法检测脑瘤克含药血清对胃癌细胞MKN45的抑制作用,并观察细胞形态学改变。结果:共培养24 h后,脑瘤克浓度在0.97 g/kg以上,20%的含药血清对胃癌细胞MKN45有明显的抑制增值的作用。共培养48 h后,脑瘤克浓度在0.97 g/kg以上,10%和20%的含药血清对MKN45的增值有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:脑瘤克含药血清对胃癌细胞MKN45具有抗增殖作用,且随药物浓度的增加和共培养时间的延长,抑制作用增强。To observe the effects of serum with NLK on proliferation of gastric carcinoma cell line MKN45. Methods ： Subculture was carried on by gastric carcinoma cell line MKN34 in RPMI 1640 culture solution. MTT assay was used to determine the inhibitory effect of serum with NLK on the growth of MKN45 cells, and the morphological changes of cells were observed. Result ： MTT assay showed that, after 24 h with co - cultured, the concentration of NLK above 0.97 g/kg and 20% drug - contain serum could significantly inhibit the proliferation of gastric carcinoma cell line MKN45 ; after 48 h with co - cultured ,the concentration of NLK above 0.97 g/kg and 10% and 20% drug - contain serum could significantly inhibit the proliferation of gastric carcinoma cell line MKN45 （P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：NLK can inhibit proliferation of gastric carcinoma cell line MKN45 ,and the effect can be increased with the increase of time and drug concentration.
