摘　　要：修辞在中医文献中比比皆是,而修辞格的翻译也一直是个难题。《内经》中修辞格的英译研究大都简单举例,浅尝辄止,没有提出合适的翻译原则。通过对该研究现状的综述,认为对《内经》修辞格英译异化与归化的研究亟待开展。Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） literature has seen the prevalent use of various figures of speech, which are difficult to translate. Studies on the English translation of figures of speech in Neijing （Internal Classic） usual- ly＇ end up with simple examples rather than appropriate translation principles. After the review on the studies, the author believes it is imperative to conduct the research on foreignization and domestication in English translation of figures of speech in Neijing.
