摘　　要：葫芦素B是从中草药中提取的一种化合物,它具有明显的抗肿瘤活性,包括抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖和侵袭和诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡。葫芦素B有望成为新一代的抗肿瘤药物就葫芦素B的抗肿瘤作用做一综述。Cucurbitacin B is an active component extracted from various herbs used as folk medicine in Asian coun- tries and has shown diverse anti - tumor activities, such as inhibiting proliferation, inducing apoptosis, arresting cell cy- cle, reducing invasion of tumor cells. Cueurbitacin B is expected to be a new generation of anti - tumor drug. In this re- view,we summarized the recent research progress of anti -tumor property of Cucurbitacin B.
