摘　　要：目的探讨JWA蛋白在食管鳞癌组织和细胞株中的表达及意义。方法采用蛋白免疫印迹技术检测食管鳞癌组织及癌旁正常组织、人食管上皮细胞株(HET-1A)及食管鳞癌细胞株(EC109和KYSE510)中JWA蛋白的表达情况。结果食管鳞癌组织中JWA蛋白表达水平低于癌旁正常组织;JWA蛋白在3种细胞系中均有表达,其表达水平依次为HET-1A>KYSE510>EC109,表达量随食管鳞癌细胞转移潜能增高而递减。结论 JWA蛋白可能与食管鳞癌的发生、发展及转移密切相关,可能成为基因治疗的一个潜在靶点。Objective To explore the expression and significance of JWA protein in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and cell lines. Methods The expression levels of JWA protein were detected in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and matched adjacent non-cancerous tissues of patients,HET-1A,EC109 and KYSES10 by western-blot. Results The level of JWA were significantly lower in tumor tissue specimens than in the matched non- tumor tissue.All the three cell lines expressed JWA protein at different levels.The highest expression levels of JWA protein in HET-1A cells were seen and the lowest expression levels of JWA protein in EC109 were found.The levels of JWA protein were decreased as metastatic potential increased. Conclusion JWA may be closely correlated to the oncogenesis,development and metastasis,as well as a potential target for more effective therapy.
