经尿道前列腺电切汽化术治疗老年良性前列腺增生的效果观察及护理体会

摘　　要：目的观察经尿道前列腺电切汽化术(TUVP)治疗老年良性前列腺增生(BPH)的效果,并探讨其护理体会。方法应用TUVP治疗BPH患者74例,总结治疗及护理经验。结果与治疗前比较,74例患者经TUVP治疗后IPSS、QOL评分等均明显降低,术后仅有1例患者出现并发症且病情较轻。结论 TUVP治疗BPH效果确切,而合理有效的手术护理对手术的成功起着关键作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate（TUVP） in treat- ment of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods 74 cases of patients with BPH treated with TUVP were selected,and the experiences of treatment and nursing were sumed up. Results Compared with before the treatment,the scores of the IPSS,QOL of the 74 patients were significant decreased,there was only 1 case of postopera- tive complications and condition was not serious. Conclusion The clinical effect of TUVP in treatment of BPI-I is ef- fective,and the reasonable and effective nursing plays a key role in the surgery.
