摘  要:针对绝缘子防覆冰技术的研究,分析了基于热效应减少覆冰量方法的可行性。以清华大学提出的一种应用于悬式绝缘子并具有开关效果以减少能耗的发热防冰方法为例,研究通过将一种具有半导体特性的室温硫化硅橡胶涂层材料涂刷于绝缘子的特定位置,可在冰雪气候条件下降低绝缘子表面电阻,引起可控制的沿面放电并发热。针对利用热效应减少绝缘子覆冰量的防冰方法所需的热功率进行研究,通过对比平板和绝缘子两种试品对不同覆冰条件和不同热功率条件下的覆冰效果设计试验,提出适用于冻雨条件下的热效应防冰所需的适宜功率。Aiming at study on anti-icing technology for insulator, this paper analyzes feasibility of method for reducing icing cover based on heat effect. Taking one heating and anti-icing method proposed by Tsinghua University for reducing energy consumption which is applied in suspension insulator and provided with on-off effectiveness, it studies a new method which is to spread room temperature vulcanization coating material provided with semiconductor characteristic on specified location of the insulator in order to reduce surface resistance of the insulator and cause controllable charge and heating under the con- dition of ice and snow weather. Aiming at required thermal power for anti-icing for reducing icing cover by using heat effect, it compares design experiment for icing effectiveness of two test objects including surface plate and insulator under different icing conditions and thermal power. In addition, it proposes suitable power for heat effect icing which is applicable for freezing rain condition.
