合并高校“升本”初期教学管理模式探析

摘　　要：合并高校"升本"初期教学管理面临"大、多、杂、散"等情况,出现"乱、低、差、弱"等问题,校级集权教学管理模式不利于解决上述问题。建议采用院级分权教学管理模式,积极调动各方力量参与教学管理,提高管理效能,确保学校稳定快速发展。Due to the great changes occurring at the initial-upgrading stage of newly-merged universities, centralized authority management may be inefficient in dealing with the problems as ＂disorder, low efficiency, poor quality, weak system＂ and can be featured by ＂bigger size, larger amount, more complicated situations, messy trivialities＂. It is feasible to adopt decentralized authority management to attract all parties in participating in teaching management work and thus improves the management efficiency and all in all ensures stability and rapid development of universities.
