摘  要:"学习型农民"是指具有学习的目标性、开放性、系统性、进取性和超越性的农民。共同愿景的确立是"学习型农民"形成学习动机、启动学习过程的前提;学习过程的实施将导致"学习型农民"知识的不断增长和学习能力的不断增强;知识的增长和能力的增强反过来又促使"学习型农民"提升学习动机、拓展学习机会进而调整共同愿景并形成新一轮的学习过程。培育"学习型农民"的政策启示在于建立美好的共同愿景以激发和优化农民的学习动机;创新和完善农村教育制度体系以增强农民的学习能力;创新和完善农村管理制度体系以增加农民的学习机会。"Leaming farmers" are the ones who have their learning aims, and who have open, systematic, enterprising, and exceeding ability to learn. The leaming mechanism of "learning farmers" is explored as follows: establishing shared vision is the premise of forming the learning motivation of "learning farmers" and activating the learning process of "learning farmers"; the implementation of learning process will result in the continuous ascension of knowledge and strength of the learning ability of "learning farmers" ; and the ascension of their knowledge and strength of their ability will promote the learning motivation of "learning farmers", enlarge the learning oppermnity of "learning farmers", and thus "learning farmers" will adjust their shared vision, a new round of the learning process begins to be formed. The policy implications of cultivating "learning farmers" lie in: establishing beautiful shared vision in order to stimulate and optimize farmers' learning motivation, innovating and improving rural education system in order to strengthen farmers' learning ability, innovating and improving the system of rural management institutions in order to increase farmers' learning opporttmities.
