农业高职“点、线、面”三维度创业教育的实践探索

摘　　要：近年来,我国高等职业教育快速发展,高等农业职业教育顺势而上,在人才培养、服务三农、新农村建设等方面作出了重要贡献。目前,高等农业职业教育中依然存在学生不愿学农、学农不爱农、兴农能力不足等问题。对此,为了培养"学农、爱农、兴农"的现代农业创业型人才,学校在实践中研究探索"点、线、面"创业教育之法,从而实现了新型农业人才的培养。In recent vocational education has years, with the rapid development taken the advantage of it and made of our higher vocational education, significant contribution to talent cul the higher agricultural tivation, serving for the issues of the agriculture, farmer and rural area, and the new rural construction. Currently, there have still been problems in higher agricultural vocational education, that is, students are reluctant to learn agriculture; students don＇t like agriculture production despite of learning it; and the capability of developing agriculture is scarce. Therewith, in order to cultivate modern agricultural entrepreneurial talents who are ready to learn agriculture, love farming and are able to develop agriculture, agriculture higher vocational schools have studied and explored the way of three-dimensional entrepreneurship education in practice, and have fundamentally improved the situation of the new agricultural talent cultivation.
